Hi,
Got this with both Firefox and Chrome when trying to (i.e. clicking on)
'Download Windows Installer' at 'https://dlang.org/' :

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.
The document tree is shown below.

Got the same (error) response when trying 'https://dlang.org/download.html#dmd'
options 'Windows Installer' and '7z'.
