dlang/installer pull request #506 "Fix 22958 - Bump azure image to
windows-2019" was merged into master:

- 42245f18d4f95496f8afdca3c81e192e09e1dfd5 by MoonlightSentinel:
  Fix 22958 - Bump azure image to windows-2019

  The current image `vs2017-win16` is due for removal.
