Type core.stdc.locale.lconv has just one definition in druntime, but the layout
is different for different platforms.

For OSX and FreeBSD, only the members int_p_sep_by_space and int_n_cs_precedes
seem to be swapped.

On Windows, the type has more differences.

Found by comparing type sizes in druntime with type sizes found with ImportC:
