This is a tracking issue, to cover information that the compiler can provide to
build managers as part of a build.

Some information is already provided with ``-deps``.

Other forms may be desired, such as json which is a more consumerable form.

This was discussed during September 2024 monthly meeting, and this has not got
priority.
