DWT Build problems with DMD 0.153

I only downloaded the docs and windows exe, I just downloaded source and 
got file from there.

I managed to build the libs and extras without problem, but can't build 
any of the examples, keeps moaning about dwt\all.d not being able to 
read the file.

I copied this file into every directory within dwt but still can't build 
any examples.

would this have anything to do with removing the -w switch in the build 
switch?
