OK. Did the DDE too. The tricky part is that WM_DDE_INITATE goes to
WH_CALLWNDPROC (maybe WH_CALLWNDPROCRET too, haven't tried) and
WM_DDE_EXECUTE/TERMINATE goes to WH_GETMESSAGE ...
