Your most likely correct but I rather suspect it more general than just here 
(I don't have empirical evidence of this) For open, online communities, there 
will be language issues. Whatever language you use, someone with something 
worthwhile to say will not have the language skills to say it (or the reverse). 
I think the best we can hope for is a bit of understanding and a bit of help 
where needed (and a wiki won't hurt ;-)
