the anonymous classes seem to work with 1.031. But it has a new 
regression with tango 0.99.6. In tango SVN, lars did some workarounds, 
but tango SVN has also some breaking changes to the last release.

=> DMD 1.031 will hopefully work, when the next tango release is out.
