Precompiled binaries of DWT for windows?

Hi, thanks againf or your answer. I navigated to the dmd folder 
where the rdmd.exe file is. If i type "rdmd build base swt" i get 
this Error:

Error: cannot read file build.d
Failed: ^"dmd^" ^"-v^" ^"-o-^" ^"build.d^" ^"-I.^"
