DUB: "Invalid source/import path"

ran into the same issue building gdub

Invalid source/import path: 
C:\Users\mjmai\AppData\Roaming\dub\packages\dwtlib-3.1.1\dwtlib\dwt\src
Invalid source/import path: 
C:\Users\mjmai\AppData\Roaming\dub\packages\dwtlib-3.1.1\dwtlib\dwt\views

Indeed, these paths do not exist. The question is why?
