Twenty years overdue, but a full D port off FLTK is now available 
in the fldtk package (full-D-toolkit).
The built in fluid editor takes D delegates for callback 
functions and produces D code.
fldtk has no bindings, no dependencies and currently works on 
Linux and Windows.
