VisualD no intellisense

I assume you also come from C# development.
Therefore, I suggest you to try coding C or C++ in Visual Studio
(or even worse: try Atmel Studio). You will have pretty the same
user experience like with D.
For those who do not know, what I mean: It does not feel that
smooth and straight forward like programming C#, e.g. in C#
Visual Studio makes suggestions based on great code analysis and
shows all usefull (as far as I remember, VisualD often also shows
syntactically incorrect ones) possibilities (but pre-selects the
most-likely best one in the IntelliSense box).
