Visual D: old controls / design

Is there any chance to get those images updated?

Please don't get me wrong. It isn't something specific that would 
be missing or different. It is just the overall experience: those 
old (and from nowadays view: unexpressive) icons, the missing 
filters - the completion box feels like a hosted VS2005 control.

I shouldn't be at all surprised if M$ forgot to add such an 
option.
