DLangIDE DCD does not work

Hi, Community.
Just start with D... from .NET many years
The problem is
After starting DLangIDE DCD seems working fine. But after first 
time running debug it stops working.
Windows 10, x64 bit
Firewall and Antivirus are in friendship with DLangIDE folder.
