VisualD 0.48.0 beta 3

I just installed beta 3 but Visual Studio Community 2017 wouldn't 
load it. So I then tried to uninstall it (via Control Panel > 
Uninstall a program) and it appears to do nothing - however, I 
opened up Task Manager, which showed it spawning hundreds of 
rundll instances, which it does forever until I shutdown Windows. 
Something's seriously gone awry with beta 3... Hopefully I can 
get back to beta 2.
