When you abandon something that's open source, you don't own it, 
it really doesn't matter what you want or whether you feel 
"respected".

Assuming the BOOST license in the linked repo is the license from 
the original, that's it. Case closed. He can rename every file 
"Dexed is stupid.d" if he wants. I could fork it and do the same.

The fact that a missing commit history (an innocent/naive 
mistake) is being taken as a personal attack implies this project 
and your ego had a 100% chance of ending up exactly like this--it 
was just a matter of time.
