Stupid Question but how does one start VisualD?

Stupid question. But I've downloaded the latest DMD + VisualD.  
And Visual Studio Community and the shells. So how do I fire up 
VisualD?  I'm looking in the VisualD folder and see dmdserver 
application, pipedmd, etc. but nothing I click seem to bring up 
the IDE.

Am I missing something obvious here?  Is there a beginner 
tutorial somewhere?
