FileTracker Error Building First Visual D Project.

I just install VS 2022 and Visual D.  I created the default 
project and tried to build.  This is what I got.

TRACKER : error TRK0004: Failed to locate: "FileTracker32.dll". 
The system cannot find the file specified.

Building x64\Debug\WindowsApp1.exe failed (error code 4)!

Searching the web is said to run sfc /scannow.  This didn't help.

Any thoughts?
