  Eclipse continues to be actively developed, but it's just not as 
popular as it once was. However, it still has a large percentage 
of Java developers.

  Overall, I find it odd that editors like Notepad++ are at the 
top. Are there really so many programmers who don't need 
IDE-specific features?
