Windows: can LDC master build itself?

Hi all,
   I think kinke mentioned somewhere that LDC master can build 
itself on Windows, but I am having troubles. It can compile 
itself (after applying a small fix, PR submitted) but it crashes 
while building druntime.
Is my build setup perhaps broken?
