LDC in Homebrew stuck at version 1.13.0

I took a stab at doing this, but ran into issues with homebrew. I 
have now resolved the issues, but in the meantime one of the 
other users updated the ldc formula to install 1.14.0. I should 
be able to do it for the next version of ldc.
