what editor/IDE do you use to write D code?

I use Visual Studio .NET 2003 with Dave Sieber's language service (somewhat
customized.)  It doesn't get everything right and I end up having to modify it
often with language changes, but I'm used to Visual Studio...

I also use ConTEXT.
