Installing DSSS

As Bill said, there's that text file, but if you're not all that familiar 
with Posix systems, it's not all that helpful either.  I ended up putting 
dsss in ~/dsss, so I ended up with ~/dsss/bin, etc.  Then I added ~/dsss/bin 
to my path, and everything is just great.
