I haven't used them, but there's a port in the dsource Bindings project:
http://www.dsource.org/projects/bindings/browser/trunk/glade.d

Apparently, they're from December 2004, so they might need some updating.

I think Glade might also be included as part of GtkD
(http://www.dsource.org/projects/gtkd/), but I'm less sure about that.
