1.0: Missing libs errors

Greetings and salutations.

I am trying to compile a program that worked fine with 1.030 and juno 0.5.1, but I am trying to compile with 1.046.   I am getting this errors:

i have no idea what to do because I don't have any calls to any libs called version or crypt32.

Any ideas?
