Install DWT2 using DMD and Tango

Are you sure about that? I'm not really experienced with DWT, but the DWT2 
repo has a bunch of commits that refer to D1 and Tango:

And the readme at the bottom of this page seems to indicate it's both 
D2/Phobos2 and D1/Tango:
