License for D setup

Is there an up-todate 
"Getting started with "D programming"?
What to download, and where to install it. 
Also, is there a Visual GUI IDE? 
I have codeBlocks and GCC installed. 
Can D use wxWidgets?
Evidently, C++ can use wxWidgets, 
but "C" can not. Which is why I am here.
