That doesn't surprise me :-(  The module documentation is currently
worse than poor. Not to mention the entries in the SCons manual are
dreadful or non-existent. Might be useful to add issues at Tigris so
that these points don't get lost. Also it can act as a driver to get
things done by all and sundry.
