You can also set 64-bit specific settings in an [Environment64] section:

[Environment64]
LIB="%@P%\..\..\lib64";c:\l\vc10\lib64"
DFLAGS=%DFLAGS% -L/nologo

I hope the dmd internal magic regarding the VCINSTALLDIR and 
WindowsSdkDir settings gets moved to this sections.
