Twitter link in the homepage is broken

this is the URL for the "Twitter" link in the menu on the left 
side of the homepage, it doesn't work, this can be fixed with

https://twitter.com/hashtag/d_lang

or even

https://twitter.com/hashtag/d_lang?mode=photos

to restrict the search to photos, but there are no images tagged 
d_lang at the moment :(
