Spreading D Arrays

[Russel Winder via Digitalmars-d-learn]

Many languages have a "spread" operator which takes a sequence and
creates positional argument to a (usually variadic but not necessarily)
function. Does D have such a facility?

(Such a facility looks like it might be really, really useful when
writing unit-threaded tests.)
