Cleaning up Dub/Dmd builds

If you create dub project by "dub init" command it automatically 
creates .gitignore file.
Also github provides premade .gitignore files for many 
programming languages ("Add .gitignore" button on Create new 
repository). Those files are from 
https://github.com/github/gitignore repo.
