I got it to work for now:

struct Foo(T){
     this(Rhs, this This)(auto ref scope Rhs rhs)
     if(__traits(isRef, rhs) == false){
     }

     this(ref scope typeof(this) rhs){
     }
}


struct Bar{
	Foo!int foo;
}

void main(){
}

```
