what is: "Manual Installation of the Concord extension in VS 
Code", i can't find it anywhere

what are: "MagoNatCC.dll, MagoNatCC.vsdconfig and 
.vsdbg-config.json"? i can only find: "MagoNatDE.dll"

So far no bueno
