What is gdmd?

I do use `dlang` prefix but I didn't get any result like that. 
Right now, the first result is my own post asking "What is 
gdmd?". The github link cames from code I was reading out 
curiosity. I wasn't involved with D or computers for a while, I 
must "train" google with "dlang" prefix to give D-related 
results. Duck.com is giving terrible results btw
