I dont see anything on snars part that suggests ambitions to make 
nullable ranges work better; just merely unification of nullable 
+ sumtype and Ive already written some code, Im pretty sure the 
hardest part of phoboes.sumtype is the safetyism which I have 
zero interest in implementing or using; maybe snar will be 
interested in some sumtype specific range code but who knows
