Using bindbc-sdl with D

I tried to use dub several times, and each and every attempt 
ended in "huh?" things like this.  So I stopped trying to use 
dub, just bringing in source as needed.

I know, you have to be like npm otherwise you're irrelevant.  
Perhaps I was born in the wrong century, although a century ago 
there'd have been no dlang, and I _like_ this language. :-)
