I consider rdmd mildly bad, I consider dub terrible
I suggest keep using #! for the same reasons you probably know
from python, but use `dmd -i -run` directly, if you want an
optimized compile you can have it in the file, apply pythons
thoughts on imports and small programs as you are, your ahead of
the majority of the community on this topic.
