Certain D libraries can be quite memory-intensive to compile.
You might want to try the `-lowmem` compiler switch.

Also, I’d recommend to look into the 8 GB or 16 GB models.
Depending on other processes (IDE, web browser, music player, …) 
on your system you might quickly run out of memory otherwise.
