Windows: SUBSYSTEM:WINDOWS, wWinMainCRTStartup and linker behavior

This may not be the linkers fault.

main, WinMain, and DllMain are all recognized by dmd as entry points.

It does not appear to support wWinMain, and that would be a bug.
