Can somebody tell me why loadSDLImage() isn't loading the SDL3_image.dll library

That Windows error is misleading, it fires when any dependency of 
the DLL is missing, not the DLL itself. SDL3_image drags in a 
bunch of extra DLLs (libjpeg, libpng, libtiff, libwebp, zlib) 
plus SDL3.dll, and if the loader cant find one of those it 
reports SDL3_image.dll as missing. Run something like 
Dependencies or dumpbin /dependents on SDL3_image.dll to see 
whats actually absent. Drop the missing files next to your exe or 
somewhere on PATH and it should load fine.
