Bugzilla postings

I want to suggest these changes to the automatic bugzilla postings in
digitalmars.bugs :

The sender should be the real committer/reporter/.... not
d-bugmail at puremagic.com

The text should appear first, the bug status und other information as
footer. So the beginning of a posting is readable without scrolling.
This is good for fast getting an overview and decide to read on or goto
the next posting.
