Tripel -> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tripel .  Belgian beer is hands 
down the best beer :).  I recently started 'homebrewing' and found it 
allot harder than I imagined.  The mechanics aren't that hard, but 
getting it to taste good is tricky.
