Searching for things related to the D language...

I find it difficult to find stuff related to the D language through the 
search engines.  The obvious reason is that Google et al don't know that 
when I search for "video compression D" (without the quotes) I don't want a 
book from "Peter D. Symes" or "video compression using 3-D block 
transforms...".  I had a similar problem when C# and .NET were new.  It 
wasn't long, however, before Google and the others "trained" their search 
engines to understand and correctly interpret these terms.  What would it 
take to get them to do the same for D?
