Well I'd try to narrow it down as much as possible.  Since your program is 
apparently rather large, you might just try changing how you're compiling it 
and see if it's rebuild or something.  Once (if) you have that eliminated, 
you can start whittling it down, though that sounds like it'll be one hell 
of a chore..
