Oh.  From what's happening In Some Other Thread (tm) apparently D isn't as sanitary as I'd thought.  I vote for smacking certain individuals with trouts, mackerals and other similar vertebrates until sense is sufficiently beaten into them.

Seriously though, most folk have it straightened out.  Going to the trouble of running a moderated system is a PITA and totally not worth it unless you have to.
