So could anyone with code in Phobos that I wrote and labeled Public 
Domain. This hardly seems to be a sensible strategy to feed megalomania <g>.

Falsely claiming ownership of public domain code is a futile gesture, as 
the internet record of these things is not going away, and it would just 
make the person that tried it a pathetic, obvious fraud.

Bottom line, I don't want the license in Phobos to be any impediment to 
anyone wanting to use D.
