No.  You cannot copyright physical entities.  You can copyright a picture of 
a person, but that only protects that one picture.  If another person took a 
picture at the exact same time from a different camera, that is not 
copyright infringement.

However, scary stuff is happening with gene patents, so it may in the future 
be possible for a person to be patented.
