D docs in SVN

if you have read access, you can always do a patch. No general write 
access needed.
To coordinate the work, you could use the ticket system. So you can 
prevent ppl from doing the same work simultanous and you can attach the 
result to the ticket.
Walter can then comment the work or apply the patch and close the ticket.
