Yeah, for server choices I'd argue for either Chilisoft, a DMDScript as JScript ASP 3.0, or a Linux/Lighttpd+D/Walnut 1.x

I know PHP, and to be frank, I think the language is annoying.  To avoid sounding off a page-long rant and debate I shall avoid describing why.

I have a project now from the boss' boss, so I'll be busy for a couple hours.
